About IOU

 IOU is community hub platform mainly aimed at students and young professionals who struggle to get experience in their field or struggle to find internships over applicants from prestigious universities. This website lets anyone ask for help or offer to work in exchange for the time of  others. Every new member will have to first work to earn hours that they can then spend for employing others. Or every member can create projects that they are either doing with a group or need someone for their group. Apart from members offering each other work IOU wants to create the biggest hub of practical and essential knowledge for enterprise. We aim to make the forum of IOU full of know-how and advice for the community in all fields. As an emerging social enterprise, we are looking for interns in IT, fact-checking, customer service and sales, for 1 day a week. In turn, you will get paid in hours from others, and the experience of being co-founders of a potentially big project. IOU runs on a community principle of people working for people and will look to improve and adapt along with the changing challenges of professional life and entrepreneurial life.
